The second season of Canadian TV series The LA Complex returned to North American screens recently. So what was the aftermath following Kal's suicide attempt in Episode 1? See for yourself after the jump:
So the Tariq and Kaldrick storyline only got 6 mins this episode even though their storyline is the life blood of the series? I guess in one sense it builds up anticipation but I hope the producers really take full advantage of the current climate of tolerance in the entertainment industry in the wake of Frank Ocean's revelation by reaching out to online urban pop culture outlets and making the urban bloggersphere aware that these characters exist.
I also really hope the producers put the resources into really allowing Andra Fuller and Benjamin Watson to fully challenge themselves as great actors in translating their storyline. A youtube spinoff mini-series between episodes perhaps?
